Biomax™ Knowledge Curation

A custom knowledge base from Biomax provides you with a single source for all your data and knowledge about any area of research. Building a knowledge base involves a mixture of automatic text mining, semi-automatic verification, and manual validation and scoring of results. These results are then integrated with your data. As in the NCI Cancer Gene Data Curation Pilot, Biomax can create a database of associations between genes and diseases, genes and drug compounds, etc., — or any other research domain.
