Searching using a nested databank

Click the button under the "Subsets and nested databanks" heading to expand the form for the "Features" nested databank. This button will be available only when your administrator has specified a nested databank for the selected databank.

As before, choose the index to search and enter the search expression -- this time using the nested databank. Click the "FTKey" button to select a feature key from the drop-down list.

Unlike the previous example, this search will return only entries that contain "cAMP" in the "protein_bind" feature key.

Click "Search!" to continue.
