Introduction

The BioRS Integration and Retrieval System quickly and efficiently retrieves biological data from public and proprietary databases. Multiple databases can be searched simultaneously using convenient Web interfaces. Flat-file and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL and DB2) are easily integrated using Web or command-line interfaces and standardized data formats based on XML.

This tutorial will show you the main features of the BioRS Integration and Retrieval System. You can navigate through the tutorial by clicking the “Previous” and “Next” buttons at the bottom of each page. Or you can jump to any page by clicking the number at the bottom left of the window.
