BioRS™ Integration and Retrieval System

The BioRS™ Integration and Retrieval System quickly and efficiently retrieves biological data from public and proprietary databases. Multiple databases can be searched simultaneously using convenient Web interfaces. Flat-file and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL and DB2) are easily integrated using Web or command-line interfaces and standardized data formats based on XML.

The BioRS application has been used as the data integration tool in a biological data management project within the NGFN2.

The BioRS software was developed in collaboration with RingRows GmbH, Martinsried.
