Displaying sentences with co-occurrences

After selecting a term in the tree, sentences containing the search expression, the selected term and synonyms (if selected) are displayed in the right panel. The search term and dictionary term are highlighted in yellow.

Three buttons are available at the top of the list:

• Sort by title match — results that have matches in titles or concluding statements are listed first; a second level of ranking sorts the results by the publication date
• Sort by date — results are sorted only by the publication date (most recent results first)
• Terms found in all texts — all dictionary terms found in the text of all sentence or text search results will be displayed in an expandable tree

To display the full context of the co-occurrence, click the "i" icon. Alternatively, to display the PubMed entry, click the "PubMed" icon.
